2. Data Collection on This Website

Cookies & Hosting

My website uses only technically necessary cookies and is hosted by an external service provider. In this process, server log files (including IP address, browser type) are collected, which are technically necessary for the secure operation of the site. Analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) are not used without your consent. The basis for this is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and a data processing agreement (DPA) with my hosting provider.

Contact Inquiries

If you contact me by email or telephone, your inquiry, including all resulting personal data (name, inquiry), will be stored and processed by me for the purpose of handling your request. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, provided your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures.

3. Data Transfer to Third Countries

Due to my company's location in the Philippines, personal data that you provide to me, for example, through a contact inquiry, is processed in a third country outside the European Union (EU).

There is no adequacy decision from the EU Commission for the Philippines. This means that the level of data protection there is not comparable to that of the EU. To ensure the protection of your data nevertheless, I base the data transfer on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the EU Commission in accordance with Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. These clauses oblige the data recipient to protect your data in accordance with the European level of data protection.
